Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high order volume periods (such as launches, sales, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (U.S., if selected): 2-5 business days
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your order and location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $95 (before taxes and after discounts).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at contact@saintclareandfrancis.com, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@saintclareandfrancis.com, and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
Preorders / Made-to-Order Items (if applicable)
Some items may be made-to-order or part of a preorder. These items will have longer processing times clearly listed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together unless otherwise stated.
