How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $95 to the U.S.
International orders are responsible for shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! All orders are packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely.
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 3 business days. For a quicker processing time (rushed order), please contact us before purchasing.
Where is the rest of my order? I only received a few items.
Some items may arrive separately. Thank you for your patience!
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! If you feel your purchase needs to be returned or exchanged in any way, please notify us within 14 days after purchase.
You will have 14 days to ship the purchase back to us. If we do not
receive the item within 14 days, we will not offer a refund or
exchange. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping.
*Refunds or exchanges will not be allowed on items purchased during sales or international purchases.
*Items returned must be unused and in new condition.

Can you create a custom design?
Unfortunately we cannot offer custom designs for a single item. Contact us if you would like a custom design that exceeds a quantity of 20.
